Mobile Devices’ Munic OBD-II Dongles Powers AutoSense Connected Car Solution.

Mobile Devices Ing. (Munic.io) today announced that autoSense Ltd., a subsidiary of Swisscom (Switzerland) Ltd. and AMAG Group Ltd., will use its Munic OBD-II Dongles and Edge Computing Platform to power its connected car offering.

autoSense’s connected car offering providesa complete set of driver centric applications, such as a Digital Logbook, Driving Behaviour, Car Localisation, Safety Notes and breakthrough Car Diagnostics information. autoSense also provides a highly powerfull WIFI hotspot to every passenger in the vehicle.

“Thanks to Munic OBD-II Dongles in combination with the autoSense platform, our customers can enjoy a connected world around their cars and directly interact with their garage, fuel stations, leasing provider, driving school and many more service providers like insurance offerings will follow shortly”, said Jaap Vossen, CEO of autoSense. “All services are there to make the daily driving experience better and simpler.”
