Phyron teams up with konversable

Leading AI car video technology supplier, Phyron AI and chat technology provider, konversable have announced a new partnership designed to maximise sales of used cars for retailers.

The partnership allows for a WhatsApp Enquiry option to be embedded into Phyron’s AI-generated used car videos, so that a customer can quickly engage with a car they are interested in and instantly start chatting with the dealer over the UK’s most popular messaging app.

Speaking of the partnership, Graeme Dengate, UK and Strategic Partnerships Manager, said, “We are excited to announce our partnership with konversable. This collaboration allows us to take our innovative video technology to the next level by seamlessly integrating our automated AI video ads with konversable’s powerful WhatsApp technology. This enables our clients to easily and quickly engage with potential customers through the UK’s most popular messaging app, resulting in a better customer experience and increased sales. We are proud to be working with konversable to revolutionise the way used car dealerships sell cars.”

Wes Beard, Managing Director of konversable, said, “Phyron has a game-changing technology within the industry. Coupling this with our WhatsApp integration means it has never been easier for a customer to enquire on a car of their choosing. As we know WhatsApp is the UK’s biggest messaging app. Its popularity is driven by convenience, end-to-end security and rich messaging. For dealers this means no more sending emails that might end up in a customer’s spam folder or leaving phone messages and waiting for call backs. When they send a message, they know it will be read.”

Phyron’s technology allows for the creation of automated AI video ads within minutes. It uses CAP data to automatically highlight specific features to potential buyers. Each video produced has a high quality, consistent feel. This significantly reduces the time spent to get a vehicle video to market on the website, with improved quality and a quicker turnaround to sale. Some of its clients include Arnold Clark and Volvo.

Konversable is a leader in online chat solutions. It provides live chat, chatbots, WhatsApp and Messenger integrations to its clients. Its powerful WhatsApp integration allows multiple staff across branches to chat with customers on WhatsApp under an approved WhatsApp Business profile, whilst remaining GDPR compliant. Its solution also allows dealers to send promotional & notification messages to customers en-masse over WhatsApp. Messaging campaigns can include used car sales events, new model announcements, finance renewals, service plan upsell, and more.
