Black Duck® Software, Inc. has announced the appointment of Sean Forkan as Chief Revenue Officer. With over 30 years of experience driving revenue growth across global cybersecurity and infrastructure software companies, Mr. Forkan will oversee Black Duck’s global sales, including direct sales, channel partnerships, alliances, and revenue operations.

Mr. Forkan’s experience spans cybersecurity, SaaS, hardware, software, and consulting. Most recently, he led Worldwide Sales and Go-To-Market efforts for security solutions at Carbon Black and VMware/Broadcom. His track record includes building high-performing teams and boosting sales performance at leading organizations such as Cisco, Oracle, Symantec/Veritas, and Ernst & Young.
