CybaVerse has today announced it has acquired SecureAck, a scalable automation platform designed to simplify security across IT and OT environments.
The acquisition will accelerate the development of CybaVerse’s proprietary platform, CybaVerse AI, and expand support for small to mid-sized enterprises (SMEs) and managed service providers (MSPs), who are seeking flexible, resilient cyber security solutions, whether fully outsourced or hybrid.

The announcement follows a year and a half of close collaboration between our teams, culminating in a shared product vision and complementary technology roadmap. The acquisition, which completed at the end of May 2025, will see the SecureAck team transition into the CybaVerse offices, while customers will experience continuity with improved product capabilities and support.
The combined entity will continue serving the UK market through 2025, with international expansion planned for 2026. A new funding round is also in progress to support CybaVerse’s growth ambitions and further develop CybaVerse AI.
