KnowBe4, the security awareness training provider, have announced that TrustRadius has recognised KnowBe4 with multiple 2025 Top Rated Awards. KnowBe4’s Security Awareness Training won in the Security Awareness Training category, PhishER won in Incident Response, Security Orchestration Automation and Response, and Phishing Detection and Response categories, and for the first time ever, Compliance Plus won in both the eLearning Content and HR Compliance categories.

With a TrustRadius Score of 9.2 out of 10 and over 1108 verified reviews, KnowBe4’s Security Awareness Training is recognised by their customer reviews as a top player in the Security Awareness Training software category for the sixth consecutive time. PhishER has won in three categories, with an 8.8 out of 10 and over 229 verified reviews. Additionally, Compliance Plus made its debut with a score of 8.3 out of 10.

“KnowBe4’s multiple 2025 TrustRadius Top Rated awards celebrates their comprehensive approach to cybersecurity and compliance education,” said Allyson Havener, Chief Marketing Officer at TrustRadius. “From Security Awareness Training to PhishER and Compliance Plus, KnowBe4 is empowering organizations to build a stronger security culture, streamline incident response, and stay ahead of evolving threats—all validated by authentic customer feedback.”

Since 2016, the TrustRadius Top Rated Awards have become the B2B’s industry standard for unbiased recognition of excellent technology products. Based entirely on customer feedback, they have never been influenced by analyst opinion or status as a TrustRadius customer. Here is a detailed criteria breakdown of the methodology and scoring that TrustRadius uses to determine TopRated winners.

Hear from verified users on how much they value PhishER:

KnowBe4 PhishER/PhishER Plus is the real deal:

We have the full suite of KnowBe4 offerings. This piece is the most often used. It’s great for security and it supplements the training by giving feedback to end users. Combined with the PhishRip capabilities, it’s a huge assist in keeping our organisation safe from Phishing and other malicious emails.

“Earning six TrustRadius Top Rated awards across diverse security and compliance categories speaks to the breadth and effectiveness of our human risk management platform,” said Greg Kras, chief product officer of KnowBe4. “We’re honoured that our customers have chosen to share their positive experiences, as these testimonials affirm our comprehensive approach to address the critical human element of cybersecurity. Organisations are evidently seeing tangible results from our platform’s ability to transform security behaviour, streamline incident response, and simplify compliance requirements, ultimately creating more resilient security cultures.”

This win comes after success at the Teiss Awards where KnowBe4 were awarded Cybersecurity Company of the Year 2025.

Thank you for supporting our work, and for sharing your feedback on TrustRadius.
