The deadline to nominate your Unsung Heroes in the cybersecurity space has been extended until Friday, August 24th, giving you another two weeks to get your entries in.

Security Serious Unsung Heroes Awards will take place on the 3rd of October to celebrate and reward all individuals or teams that have consistently demonstrated their dedication to IT security, often saving the bacon for the organisations that they work for.

If you know any customers, colleagues, professors or friends who fit the bill – NOMINATE THEM TODAY! It takes two minutes and means you’re automatically invited to our celebration at St Barts Brewery in London – where there will be food and drink a plenty! (Oh, and great networking opportunity too!)

The full list of categories can be found here: https://www.securityserious.com/unsung-heroes-awards/

These awards are about unearthing new talent and thanking all those incredible IT security professionals who work tirelessly behind the scenes doing great work. It’s made possible by the kindness of some fantastic companies including Publicis Groupe, Canon, CREST, Gigamon, CyberArk, Cybereason, Janrain, Operatix, Mimecast, Intelisecure, itsecurityguru.org and Smile on Fridays.

Please send all nominees to [email protected] and let her know the category as well as a few sentences (no more than 500 words) of why the person is a deserving winner.
