Strategic expansions across London, Singapore, Bangalore, Amsterdam, Iberia, and Dubai reinforce Saviynt’s dedication to driving customer success and accelerating global growth.

Identity security leader Saviynt has announced a major global expansion, opening new offices in London and Singapore, launching dedicated customer operations in Europe, and preparing for a significantly larger presence in India. The moves come amid growing demand for its AI-powered Identity Cloud platform and follow a record-breaking 2024.

The expanded footprint underscores Saviynt’s ambitions to strengthen its position as a global identity authority, particularly across key markets in Asia-Pacific (APJ) and Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). As organizations increasingly prioritise identity security as the foundation of digital transformation, Saviynt’s intelligent, cloud-native platform continues to gain traction among enterprises seeking scalable, secure identity infrastructure.

“This is an exciting time for Saviynt as we continue building on global momentum and investing in the regions where our customers and partners need us most,” said Paul Zolfaghari, president at Saviynt. “Our new hubs across APJ, including India and Singapore, and our expanded presence across EMEA are more than just geographic footprints. They are strategic growth engines enabling us to support millions of identities, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and accelerate the global adoption of modern identity security.”

The new Singapore office will serve as Saviynt’s regional hub for APJ, offering localised support for customer success, solution delivery, and partner enablement. The region’s rapid digital transformation and increasing regulatory scrutiny on identity governance make it a key focus for Saviynt’s expansion strategy.

“Asia Pacific is at the forefront of identity security transformation,” said Dan Mountstephen, senior vice president, APJ at Saviynt. “India, Japan, Southeast Asia, and Australia–New Zealand are vastly different markets with unique cultural nuances and varying levels of identity maturity. Yet one unifying reality stands out: identity remains the #1 attack surface in cyber breaches. Across the region, enterprises and governments are prioritizing cloud-first identity security platforms that are simple to adopt, deliver rapid time to value, and solve a broad spectrum of use cases at scale. That’s exactly where Saviynt leads — bringing smarter identity security to the heart of APJ.”

In EMEA, the company has expanded its footprint to five regional hubs supporting customers in over 15 countries. A new customer operations centre has been launched in Poland, alongside a regional office in London and new leadership appointments in Amsterdam and Germany. Saviynt is also expanding into Iberia and hiring leadership in Dubai to meet rising demand in the Middle East.

“From London to Warsaw, Amsterdam to Dubai, and across the region, EMEA is a cornerstone of our global growth strategy,” said Brooks Wallace, senior vice president, EMEA at Saviynt. “As demand accelerates across our enterprise account base, we’re focused on delivering modern, scalable identity solutions that align with the strategic priorities of today’s leading organizations—enabling them to strengthen security postures, meet complex compliance requirements, and drive long-term digital transformation.”

Meanwhile, in India, Saviynt is finalising plans for a new office location to support its expanding workforce and operations. In addition to bolstering engineering, product, and support functions, the company is growing its go-to-market teams in the region.

India plays a central role in Saviynt’s global strategy, both as a center of innovation and a key regional market. The expansion reflects the company’s long-term commitment to investing in top talent, customer engagement, and market development.

The company’s growth comes on the back of a series of major milestones, including industry accolades and new customer wins. Saviynt was recently recognized as a 2024 Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice for Identity Governance and Administration for the fourth consecutive year, and continues to replace legacy solutions with its converged, AI-driven platform.
