Jim Pflaging has been appointed to the Board of Directors of AdaptiveMobile.
Bringing over 25 years of Silicon Valley experience, Pflaging was previously director and managing principal of the SINET Group LLC, and he served as CEO for several leading firms, including SenSage and Pacific Bell Network Integration (PBNI), the managed security and network services subsidiary of SBC.
Brian Collins, chief executive officer at AdaptiveMobile, said: “Jim’s success in the telecommunications, enterprise and security markets brings an important additional perspective to the AdaptiveMobile Board of Directors. He is joining the board at a time when AdaptiveMobile is continuing its rapid global growth, and plans to leverage its unique mobile threat intelligence with a broader network of strategic partners and customers as protection, privacy and identity concerns continue to converge.”
Pflaging, who also serves as a principal at The Chertoff Group, said: “AdaptiveMobile is a leader in deploying carrier-scale security to secure mobile networks, and I look forward to working with them to leverage their unique threat intelligence capabilities to a broader security ecosystem, and improving trust in the mobile experience.”
