Kiteworks has announced the appointment of Andreas Deliandreadis as its new Vice President of Sales, EMEA. With more than 20 years in technology and cybersecurity sales and business development in EMEA markets, Deliandreadis is responsible for driving international revenue growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

“It is a great honour and privilege to be taking on this role for Kiteworks because EMEA is an exciting and fast developing market filled with vast amounts of business opportunity,” said Andreas Deliandreadis, VP of Sales, EMEA, Kiteworks. “Though Kiteworks has an established list of partners, I am eager to expand this even further, especially in the UK.”

Prior to joining Kiteworks, Deliandreadis was most recently Vice President of Sales at eperi, a data encryption provider for cloud applications and Vice President of Sales, Europe at Trustwave, a leading managed security services provider focused on threat detection and response. He brings a proven track record of expanding and establishing B2B security companies across EMEA.

Born out of Accellion, Kiteworks is dedicated to ensuring regulatory compliance and effectively managing risk with every send, share, receive, and save of sensitive content and has created a platform that delivers content governance, compliance, and protection to customers. The channel is a key focus, with Kiteworks committed to increasing its presence in the UK market. Because of this, the company has also expanded its team in the UK with the recent hires of Daniella Kinsella as Director Sales Engineering EMEA, Scott Chenery as Regional Manager (UK & Ireland), Ben Readings as Field Sales Engineer (UK, Ireland & Middle East) and Kevin Mc Glone as Channel Manager in Europe.

Further information on each:

  • Daniella Kinsella, Director Sales Engineering, EMEA: Kinsella’s team looks after global, strategic and regional accounts focusing on UK, Germany and France. She plays a key role in Kiteworks technical engagement strategy ensuring customers get the best experience and is responsible for driving and evangelising Kiteworks software from a technical sales perspective.
  • Kevin Mc Glone, Channel Manager, Europe: McGlone has over 25 years of experience technology sales with a strong focus in creating channel partnerships across EMEA at Aculab, AirWatch, VMware, Pindrop and Duedil. Most notably McGlone was responsible for the strategic alliances within AirWatch EMEA prior to their acquisition by VMware in 2014.
  • Scott Chenery, Regional Manager (UK & Ireland): Chenery is responsible for revenue and business development in the UK & Ireland. He brings over 20 years of experience in technology and enterprise software across national and international markets having previously worked at Carbon Black and Everbridge.
  • Ben Readings, Field Sales Engineer (UK, Ireland & Middle East): Readings has been with Kiteworks for 8 years in different technical support and sales engineering positions. During the previous 2 years, he significantly helped build and grow the EMEA channel initiative from the technical side.

“I am delighted to be a part of the Kiteworks journey as the framework here is designed for success as we create a competitive UK and Ireland channel programme,” said Scott Chenery, Regional Manager (UK & Ireland), Kiteworks. “This new, highly experienced, and talented team demonstrates the commitment we have to partners as we look to build out and support our network in the UK and beyond. The future is certainly bright, and I look forward to collaborating further with the team to ensure we meet our objectives both regionally and globally.”
