Personal information from the Miami-based Jessie Trice Community Health Center has been breached.
The centre has told nearly 8,000 patients that their personal information including full names, social security numbers and dates of birth were stolen.
The centre said that the incident is under investigation by the FBI and IRS after it was discovered in late July and notified to the Miami health center on November 3rd.
